1. Mix A and B evenly in A fixed proportion. The bottom and walls of the container must be scraped well to make sure that the silica gel is mixed well with the curing agent.
2.WZ430-5 and WZ2150 Silica gel are mainly used for coating in socks, ribbon and other industries. The initial operation time is 3-4 hours, and the curing time is 150-180℃ for 30 seconds. TB4035 and TB4030 are mainly used for high temperature resistance, insulation and anti-skid performance of glass fiber and cotton cloth. According to the coating equipment of each customer, our company customizes the pre-operation time, final curing time and curing temperature.
3. The tools of agent A and B should be separated or wiped clean before use to avoid local agglomerations caused by the mixing of the two and their normal use.
4. At 25℃, the safe storage period of A/B after fully mixing is 3-4 hours. The higher the temperature, the shorter the storage time

1. Packaging: 10KG, 20KG, 200KG or according to customer requirements.
2. This product is non-dangerous goods. Attention should be paid to rain and sun protection during transportation
3. Pay attention to cleaning when storing, avoid dust mixing and contact with acid and alkali.
4. Storage period: 10-12 months. After the storage period, it can still be used if qualified after analysis.
